3 garlics, finely chopped
¼ cup olive oil
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. chicken flavor instant bouillon
1/8 tsp white pepper
½ lb. Creamette® Spaghetti, cooked and drained
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
In small skillet, cook garlic in oil until golden. Add lemon juice, bouillon
and pepper; cook and stir until bouillon dissolves.
In large bowl, toss hot pasta with garlic mixture, cheese and parsley; serve
immediately. Refrigerate leftovers.
Makes 4 servings
