2 cups flour
1½ cups packed brown sugar
1 cup cold margarine
1½ cups quick-cooking oats
2 (8oz. each) pkgs. Philadelphia Brand® cream cheese, softened
½ cup sugar
3 eggs
¼ cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
¼ cup ReaLemon® Lemon Juice from Concentrate
In bowl, combine flour and brown sugar; cut in margarine until crumbly. Stir in oats. Reserve 1½ cups mixture, press remainder into 15 x 10 pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in large bowl, beat cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Add milk and vanilla, then Lemon Juice; beat well. Pour over crust; sprinkle with reserved mixture. Bake 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Refrigerate.
