Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

1 16oz. pkg. pound cake mix
2 tbsp. margarine, melted
4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 14oz. can Eagle® sweetened condensed milk
1 8oz. pkg. Philadelphia Brand® cream cheese, softened
1 16oz. can Libby’s® Pumpkin
½ tsp. salt
1 cup chopped walnuts or pecans

In large bowl, combine cake mix, 1 egg, margarine and 2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice until crumbly. Press onto bottom of 15 x 10 pan.

In large bowl, beat cheese until fluffy. Gradually beat in milk then remaining 2 eggs, pumpkin, remaining pumpkin pie spice and salt; mix well. Pour over crust; sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes or until set. Cool; chill. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.

Makes 48 bars
