Layered Crab Spread

2 (8oz. each) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. finely chopped onion
¾ cup Chili Sauce
1 16oz. can Harris® or Orleans® Crab Meat, drained

In large bowl, beat cheese, lemon juice, Worcestershire and garlic powder until
fluffy; stir in onion.

On serving plate, spread cheese mixture into a 6” circle. Top with chili sauce
then crabmeat. Cover; chill.

Serve with crackers. Refrigerate leftovers.

Makes 12 appetizer servings
