Colorful Carrot Dip

1 8oz. pkg. Light Philadelphia Brand® Neufchatel Cheese, softened
½ cup finely shredded carrot
1 tsp. parsley or chives
¼ tsp. salt
Dash of white pepper

Combine cheese, carrots, and seasonings, mixing until well blended. Chill serve
with vegetable dippers.

Makes 1 cup
